The Richmond Sportsman Association is dedicated to provide a Safe, Economical and Friendly club for person to pursue the shooting sports. The Club was established in 1942 and have facilities at 149 Alexander Reed Road, Richmond, Maine.

Trap & Skeet Tuesdays April to October 30th start 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Members $6.00. Non-member $ 7.00.
Pistol and Rifle Range will be closed during this time.

Range Rules (UPDATED)
- The RED FLAG must be flown while the Range is in use.
- NO FULL AUTO weapons, or exploding targets, or incendiary ammunition.
- No bottles, cans or trash metals shall be used as targets.
- Do not place targets on ground midway between bench & berm. This will prevent bullets from bouncing over berm.
- Hang targets such that shooting area is not ove

- Hang targets such that shooting area is not over the red boards or posts. Staple cardboard backer to boards then targets to the backer. This will prevent bullets from destroying posts & boards.
- Clean up the range after use. Remove your targets and cardboard and take home. Pick up your used brass.
NEW PISTOL RANGE RULES
- ONLY ONE FIRING LINE WILL BE USED IF MORE THAN ONE SHOOTER ON THE RANGE.
- WORK WITH OTHER SHOOTERS IF YOU WANT TO SHOOT AT A SHORTER DISTANCE.
- THE SIDE BERM (ON THE LEFT) IS A SAFETY BERM ONLY. NO TARGETS OR FRAMES WILL BE PLACED AGAINST IT. NO SHOTS WILL BE FIRED AT THIS BERM.
- ENSURE THAT THE RED FLAG IS UP WHEN USING THE RANGE.
- CLEAN UP YOU BRASS AND PLACE IN THE CONTAINER.
- PLACE CARDBOARD ON THE RED FRAME AND THE TARGET ON IT. PUT TARGET SO BULLETS DO NOT HIT RED FRAME.
- NO FULL AUTO WEAPONS, OR EXPLODING TARGETS, OR INCENDIARY AMMO.
- NO SHOTGUNS.
- Rim fire rifles (.22 .17) are allowed.
- PISTOL CALIBER CARBINES (9MM, 45 AUTO ETC) MAY BE USED.
- NO big bore RIFLES CAN BE USED. USE THE RIFLE RANGE TO FIRE THESE WEAPONS.
